It can be used to determine the concentration in the salt water used for cleaning seafood and the salinity in the brine. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Specifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Range:<\/strong> Sodium chloride: 0.0 to 28.0 g\/100 g<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accuracy:<\/strong> \u00b10.2 %<\/li>\n<li><strong>Minimum scale:<\/strong> 0.2 g\/100 g<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The devices can be used to check the concentration of salt water used for rinsing seafood or salt content in cooking. New material is used which is durable for salty and acidic samples.
