MASTER-3a / MASTER-3Pa are high-range model (measurement range Brix 58.0 to 90.0%) of the MASTER-a / MASTER-Pa. The MASTER-3a / MASTER-3Pa are suited for use with food products of high sugar content such as malt, honey, jam, marmalade, etc. These are an Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) model with water resistant feature (IP65).
The MASTER-3a is made of metal, and the MASTER-3Pa is plastic. The specifications are exactly the same. For salty and acidic samples, choose the plastic body, MASTER-3Pa.
