Food is one of the most complicated things to analyze as it varies seasonally, the fat content fluctuates, the product may be preserved and inherently inhibit the growth of bacteria, or the product may contain ingredients that are problematic.

All of this is unique to the food in question and could affect any analysis. Therefore, it goes without saying that we don’t just sell a box and then leave the customer to find out for themselves how it affects the products.

We’re with you every step of the way from needs assessment to implementation and validation/accreditation, if desired!

Experienced product specialists

Our product specialists are always available, whether you need general information about a product, help starting an analysis or an in-depth discussion about a challenge.

All our product specialists have a relevant academic background and often have practical food experience to draw on. We require our consultants to not only be able to read and understand a scientific publication, but also to be able to communicate what is difficult to understand in a practical way.

Our product specialists all undergo a training program with our suppliers and in-house at our own facilities. They have a broad knowledge of legislation and participate in international and national knowledge networks.
