Orders of less than DKK 2,400 ordered by email or telephone are subject to a handling fee of DKK 250.
Orders of less than DKK 2,400 ordered in the webshop are exempt from handling fees.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL :
Please note that there is no right of withdrawal / return on items purchased through Food Diagnostics A/S.
KEY FEATURES:
Food Diagnostics A/S deals with products with shelf lives ranging from infinite to 15 days (e.g. blood agar plates), therefore it is impossible to state a general minimum shelf life. However, we guarantee all products (except ready-to-use agar plates such as blood agar plates) a minimum of 1 month remaining shelf life from shipment from our warehouse. In most cases, our products have a shelf life of between 3-12 months, and we always strive to ensure the customer as long a shelf life as possible. As a customer, you can find out the expected shelf life of a product when ordering.
WARRANTY / RETURN OF GOODS:
Food Diagnostics A/S provides a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing and material defects found during normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear caused directly or indirectly by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. Complaints about defects and deficiencies that should be discovered during normal inspection of the product must be notified to Food Diagnostics within 14 days of receipt. The product can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or, by agreement, possible credit. In connection with complaints, Food Diagnostics A/S will pay reasonable return costs.

This is not a requirement, but expedition is facilitated if adequate information accompanies the package – for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number of the bank account to which a refund can be made, copy of any previous correspondence, etc.
REFUSAL:
In the event of agreed reductions, returned goods or prepaid goods that are canceled before shipment, a full or partial refund of the purchase price must be made. Refunds are normally always made by bank transfer, and Food Diagnostics A/S therefore needs information about the registration number and account number of your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can easily be provided by email or other traditional correspondence.
