Purpose: Disseminate information and share experiences

Collect and share knowledge about food allergens, regulatory issues, limits, labeling, trace labeling, validation methods, food safety etc.

Offer training, workshops and advice on allergen management.
Operate a web-based platform (NOFA NetGroup) where members can confidentially discuss issues related to allergen management. Help the Danish food industry to better understand food allergens and answer open questions.

Creating safety in the food industry and making our food safer
To achieve this, we plan two annual meetings/seminars where there will be presentations from relevant experts, updates on legislation and analysis, debate on current topics, mini workshops, time for open discussions, company visits, newsletters etc.
