MASTER-53α can not only measure different kinds of juices, coffee and other beverages, but also processed foods such as sauce, ketchup, low-calorie jam etc. It is an ATC (Automatic Temperature Compensation) model with waterproof function (IP65). MASTER-53α is made of metal and MASTER-53Pα is made of plastic. The specifications are exactly the same. For salty and acidic samples, choose the plastic body, MASTER-53Pα.
