The MASTER-53T can not only measure different kinds of juices, coffee and other beverages, but also processed foods like sauce, ketchup, low-calorie jams, etc. It is a model with automatic temperature compensation (ATC). The MASTER-T/PT series is a good alternative choice when the water-resistant function is not a priority. MASTER-53T is made of metal and MASTER-53PT is made of plastic. The specifications are exactly the same. For salty and acidic samples, choose the plastic MASTER-53PT.
