The Master-M model Refractometer is a handheld metal refractometer from ATAGO with a brix scale from 0-33%. For salt and acid samples, it is recommended to choose a plastic model.
Specifications:
Can be widely used for beverages, fruit juices, soups, beef sauce, water-soluble cutting oil etc. MASTER-M is made of metal and MASTER-PM is made of plastic. For salty and acidic samples, choose the plastic body, MASTER-PM. This product is the cheapest type without temperature compensation function. As the concentration changes when the measurement temperature changes, MASTER-α and MASTER-T are recommended if you have trouble controlling the temperature at each measurement.
