The MASTER-S28a Refractometer is a handheld refractometer from ATAGO, with a measuring scale of 0-28% NaCl. It can be used to determine the concentration in the salt water used for cleaning seafood and the salinity in the brine.
Specifications:
The devices can be used to check the concentration of salt water used for rinsing seafood or salt content in cooking. New material is used which is durable for salty and acidic samples. It has an Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) model with water-resistant properties (IP65).
