PAL-Salt Meter – Pocket 0-10g/100g is a digital salt meter from ATAGO, with automatic temperature compensation. It uses electronic conductivity to measure electrolytes in the solution and thus the salt content of the food. Measurements are available in less than 3 seconds and the instrument is easy to calibrate yourself.

• • Liquid samples: Add three drops directly onto the instrument sensor

• • Non-liquid samples: Cut into smaller pieces, dilute 1:10 with water, add three drops of dilution to sensor, multiply result by 10

PAL-SALT has the option to enter 2 different correlation factors to get the same values as the Mohr Titration method.
