PEN-PRO has a measuring range of Brix 0.0 to 85.0%, which can be used to measure almost any sample. There are two ways to measure with PEN-PRO. Either dip the tip into the sample and press the START button or press the START button and insert the tip into the sample. There is also a new function to perform continuous measurements. The temperature range of the “Dip-Type” refractometer has been improved from 60˚C to 100˚C. No more waiting time! Measure hot samples during the cooking process, such as soups and sauces.
