SureFood® 4plex Canola II is a real-time PCR kit that detects DNA sequences of genetically modified canola. The multiplex test uses FAM, ROX and Cy5 channels to identify MON88302 (MON-883Ø2-9), DP73496 (DP-Ø73496-4) and RF3 canola (ACS-BNØØ3). It can be used on PCR machines with 4 fluorescence channels (FAM, VIC, ROX and Cy5). The detection limit is less than 5 DNA copies.
