SureFood® GMO ID 4plex Soya I is a real time PCR assay that detects DNA sequences of soybean. The multiplex test uses FAM, VIC, ROX and Cy5 channels to identify
MON87708 (MON-877Ø8-9), CV127 (BPS-CV127-9), DP3054423 (DP-3Ø5423-1), MON87701 (MON877Ø1-2) and MON87769 (MON-87769-7) soybean. The detection limit is less than or equal to 5 DNA copies.
