Toucan Aquaox – Efficient and eco-friendly ECA production directly on site

Toucan Aquaox is an advanced ECA flow system that produces a highly effective disinfection liquid based on hypochlorous acid (HOCl) – an active ingredient
that is up to 100 times more effective at killing microorganisms than traditional chlorine. The system produces ECA (Electro-Chemically Activated water) by electrolysis of common salt and water – a sustainable and environmentally friendly solution for disinfection in the food industry and other demanding environments.

The system is available in three capacities:

• EA-30: Up to 30 liters/hour

• EA-100: Up to 100 liters/hour

• EA-200: Up to 200 liters/hour

Each variant produces ECA at a concentration of 500 ppm and a mild soap by-product, making the system suitable for simultaneous cleaning and disinfection.

Approvals and registrations:
Toucan Aquaox is registered under Article 95 and is approved by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration under file number 2019-29-7105-00548, documenting the safety and effectiveness of the product.
