Enzymatic UV test for the quantitative determination of D-lactic acid with D-lactate dehydrogenase (D-LDH). For the determination of the sum of D- and L-lactic acid, the Enzytec™ Liquid D-/L-L-Lactic acid E8240 test is suitable. If only the concentration of L-lactic acid is required, use Enzytec™ Liquid L-Lactic acid E8260 or subtract the determined D-lactic acid concentration from the result of test E8240.
