SureFood® GMO Screen 4plex BAR/NPTII/PAT/CTP2:CP4 EPSPS – Screening of GMO food, feed and seeds

SureFood® GMO Screen 4plex BAR/NPTII/PAT/CTP2:CP4 EPSPS is a real-time PCR assay for screening GMO food, feed and seeds. The kit detects DNA sequences from the Phosphinothricin-Acetyltransferase gene (BAR) from Streptomyces hygroscopius, Antibiotics-resistance gene Neomycin-Phosphotransferase (nptII), Phosphinothricin-Acetyltransferase gene (PAT) from Streptomyces viridiochromogenes, and the transition from CTP2 (Chloroplast Transpeptide Signal Sequence from Arabidopsis thaliana) to the herbicide tolerance gene CP4 EPSPS (5-Enolpyruvylshikimate-3-Phosphate Synthesis gene from Agrobacterium tumefaciens strain CP4). The detection limit is less than or equal to 5 DNA copies.
