SureFood® GMO Screen 4plex BAR/NPTII/PAT/CTP2:CP4 EPSPS er et real-time PCR assay til screening af GMO fødevarer, foder og frø. Kittet detekterer DNA sekvenser fra Phosphinothricin-Acetyltransferase gene (BAR) fra Streptomyces hygroscopius, Antibiotics-resistance gene Neomycin-Phosphotransferase (nptII), Phosphinothricin-Acetyltransferase gene (PAT) fra Streptomyces viridiochromogenes, og overgangen fra CTP2 (Chloroplast-Transpeptide-signal sequence fra Arabidopsis thaliana) til herbicidtolerance-genet CP4 EPSPS (5-Enolpyruvylshikimat-3-Phosphat Syntheses gene fra Agrobacterium tumefaciens strain CP4). Detektionsgrænsen er mindre end eller lig med 5 DNA kopier.
