Enzytec Total Protein is a simple method based on the reaction that occurs between the sample and the chromogen (pyrogallo red). The intensity of the color is proportional to the concentration of the proteins in the sample. By using the standard in the kit, it is possible to create a calibration curve to refer to. Plotting the absorbance values and concentration of the calibration curve for each sample can determine the concentration of each sample. Wavelength: 600 nm. Linearity: up to 4000 mg/l. 105 tests by manual photometer.
