Enzytec™ Total Protein er et kolorimetrisk assay til bestemmelse af Total Protein i fødevarer og andre prøvematerialer.

Enzytec Total Protein er en simpel metode baseret på den reaktion, der sker mellem prøven og kromogenet (pyrogallolrødt). Farvens intensitet er proportional med koncentrationen af proteinerne i prøven. Ved at bruge standarden i sættet er det muligt at udarbejde en kalibreringskurve at referere til. Afbildning på kalibreringskurvens absorbansværdier og koncentration for hver enkelt prøve kan bestemme koncentrationen af hver prøve. Bølgelængde: 600 nm. Linearitet: op til 4000 mg/l. 105 tests ved manuelt fotometer.
