Enzytec Anthocyanins

Enzytec Anthocyanins is a test kit designed to measure anthocyanins, the orange-red-purple substances in grapes and wine. These mixtures of anthocyanic polyphenols yield chromogens under specific acidic conditions and with buffers at specific concentrations. The chromogenic complexes are proportional to the concentration of anthocyanins in the sample at that wavelength. The method determines ionized and ionizable anthocyanins; any polymerized anthocyanins or those complexed with tannins or tannins cannot be determined. Any turbidity of the samples due to the proteins is eliminated by the reagent stabilizers. The kit contains 100 tests on manual photometer and 1000 tests on automated system. Wavelength: 520 or 535 nm, linearity: up to 800 mg/l.
