Features:

• Surfaces (swabbing): Wet the swab in a tube containing PBS, wipe the surface and rinse the swab in the same tube.
• Food samples: Homogenize the food sample, extract in distilled water and centrifuge or filter.
• Cleaning water (e.g. CIP water): No preparation required.
• Incubation time: 5 min at room temperature 2 – 25 °C
