RIDASCREEN® Egg is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) developed for quantitative analysis of natural and processed chicken eggs in foods. Validated on: baked goods, candy, sauces and beverages: ice cream, noodles, salad dressing, wine, chocolate and cookies. The test will also be suitable for analyzing other foods; this must be verified by the user. The detection limit and the limit of quantification depend on the respective sample matrix, the extent of processing and the extraction method.
