RIDASCREEN FAST Casein is a sandwich ELISA for the quantification of casein in various foods such as cream, ice cream, chocolate, baked goods and sausages. The test has the following specifications:

- Allergen extraction buffer: 0.12 mg/kg (ppm) casein (0.07-0.19 mg/kg depending on matrix)

- RIDA® Extractor 2: 0.71 mg/kg (ppm) casein (0.41-0.95 mg/kg depending on matrix)

Quantification limit:

- Allergen extraction buffer: 0.5 mg/kg (ppm) casein

- RIDA® Extractor 2: 2.5 mg/kg (ppm) casein
