RIDASCREEN Gliadin competitive is an R5 competitive ELISA for the quantification of potentially toxic peptides derived from prolamins in wheat, rye and barley. Especially for fermented and hydrolyzed foods. The standard samples are a mix of hydrolyzed wheat, rye and barley. The test has the following specifications:

  • Detection limit: 2.3 mg gliadin / kg food (approx. 4.6 mg gluten / kg food) depending on matrix
  • Limit of quantification: 5 mg gliadin / kg food (approx. 10 mg gluten / kg food)
