RIDASCREEN®EASY Gluten is an R5-based ELISA kit for quantitative analysis of contamination with prolamins from wheat (gliadins), rye (secalins) and barley (hordeins) in foods such as baked goods, sauces, chocolate-containing desserts and condiments. No cross-reaction detected in 108 tested foods.

Specifications:

  • LoD: 0.8 mg/kg gluten (wheat, rye, barley)
  • LoQ: 3 mg/kg gluten (wheat, rye, barley)
  • Measurement range: 1 mg/kg – 48 mg/kg gluten
