RIDA®QUICK Gluten quant – Quantification of gluten in food and surfaces

RIDA®QUICK Gluten quant is an innovative kit that allows you to quantify the amount of prolamins from wheat (gliadins), rye (secalins) and barley (hordeins) from both swab samples, CIP water and food samples, using an android mobile or a RIDA®SMART BOX. No cross-reaction detected in 107 tested foods.

The kit contains strips and liquids for 15 tests. The kit is validated on baked goods, sauces, chocolate-containing desserts, spices and rice flour. Also validated on stainless steel surfaces and CIP water.
