The real-time PCR assay can be performed with commonly used real-time PCR instruments equipped to detect four fluorescence emissions on the FAM, VIC/HEX, ROX and Cy5 channels simultaneously. The technical validation of instruments was performed on Agilent AriaDx, Bio Molecular Systems MIC, Bio-Rad CFX96/Dx, R-Biopharm RIDA®CYCLER and Roche LightCycler® 480 II.
